A&E were appointed as foodservice consultants to assist T-Mobile UK in defining their overall catering
strategy and facility design for the six building, 3600 staff HQ campus in Hatfield. Novated to work with the design and build
contractor, Ibex Interiors, A&E managed the implementation of the catering fit-out package. The development incorporated
two main staff restaurants each seating 250 people, four high street branded coffee bars and one hot and cold Deli. These
outlets were supported by one central production kitchen and two satellite kitchens at point of service.
