T-Mobile UK

A&E were appointed as foodservice consultants to assist T-Mobile UK in defining their overall catering strategy and facility design for the six building, 3600 staff HQ campus in Hatfield. Novated to work with the design and build contractor, Ibex Interiors, A&E managed the implementation of the catering fit-out package. The development incorporated two main staff restaurants each seating 250 people, four high street branded coffee bars and one hot and cold Deli. These outlets were supported by one central production kitchen and two satellite kitchens at point of service.

European Bank for Reconstruction & Development

A&E won the tender to provide independent consultancy services to carry out a review of the existing catering facilities, the aim to assess the viability of retaining, refurbishing or replacing existing equipment and advise the Bank how to obtain best value for money. Emphasis was placed on designing a catering facility not only safe and efficient to use, easy to clean and maintain, but also to satisfy legislative requirements and encourage 'best practice'.

Eversheds LLP: One Wood Street

A&E secured the catering design consultancy for the new award-winning office development at One Wood Street for Eversheds LLP. The facilities were tailored to meet the client aspiration for excellent quality. The design incorporated a quality branded Coffee Lounge at Ground level accessible from main reception by both staff and visitors. A production kitchen was designed on level six to support the self service staff dining room. Additionally beverage pantries and a hospitality kitchen were incorporated on the client and meeting room floors. Implementation of a cashless payment system formed part of the design brief.
