Grange St. Paul's

Grange Hotels are London's leading independent hotel group providing 15 hotels with luxury five star plus accommodation and conference facilities. A spectacular Atrium, 80 feet through the centre of the hotel, gives rise to a choice of restaurants and bars. The main kitchen and preparation room supports the 260 seat hotel restaurant. A room service kitchen is located on ground level and on level one there is a beverage pantry serving meeting rooms, There is a banqueting kitchen producing up to 500 covers plated and 1400 buffet style on level 2 and Sky Bar on seven serves the roof terrace and penthouse suite.


Benihana@Grange St.Paul's

Part of Grange St. Paul's phase two development incorporated a Benihana Japanese Sushi and Hibachi Grill accessible via the street and adjoining hotel foyer. A&E was retained by the project team to design this outlet. Ventilation of the individual 'at table' cooking stations provided a key challenge, not only functionally but also aesthetically. The design also included a sushi conveyor, associated storage and preparation areas


Eastpoint Conference and Venue Centre

Having outgrown it's previous facilities, Eastpoint in partnership with Thornhill Plus You and Southampton City Council, have completed their new 500 delegate conference, events and community venue. In addition to community and meeting rooms there is a 240 cover 1st floor restaurant and barista coffee bar. The 2nd floor meeting space can be opened up using sliding partitions to form a 500 cover events venue offering full banqueting. Food is produced from the ground floor production kitchen and serviced via local pantries. Meeting room refreshments are delivered from bespoke mobile sideboard stations designed to ease replenishment.
