|Liz graduated in 1983 with a Batchelor of Arts Honours Degree in Interior Design and joined Greene Belfield Smith (later to
merge with Deloitte Touche), at that time one of the leading hospitality and leisure consultant practices in the UK. In 1998
she was appointed Head of Design and Project Management for a commercial kitchen house where she managed a variety of catering
facility installations including the refurbishment of the Royal Kitchens at Buckingham Palace
and staff facilities at Burmah Castrol. She returned to independent consultancy in 2001. Liz is a professional member of the
Foodservice Consultants Society International, FCSI. Recent clients include T-Mobile, Blackrock, Stephenson Harwood LLP, Eversheds
LLP, Hertford Regional College, Garth Hill College Bracknell and the Parliamentary Estates Directorate.
|With over forty years experience in foodservice equipment design and project supervision, Tony spent
his early industry years with a leading catering equipment manufacturer as a designer, project manager and ultimately, sales
manager. Tony believes in simplicity and flexibility of design. His designs are innovative and cost effective. He has recently
completed projects for the Grange Hotel Group, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the innovative culinary
school 'Sage@Boston College'. Tony is a professional member fo the Foodservice Consultants Society International and
Past Chair of the FCSI European, Africa and Middle East Board of Trustees.
